Absolutely loved staying here. We have been to other places and it doesn’t compare. The condos are great and kept clean. Kitchen were nicely stocked with things to cook with. Dish soap, dish towels, paper towels, toilet paper, guest towels, silverware, dishes, coffee pot, dishwasher and even the fridge has an ice maker and all included. The Red Rive was out our patio door about 30 ft. We caught so many fish and one 22 inch rainbow on a worm.
“This was our first trip to Red River and the Woodlands, and we couldn’t have asked for a cozier condo! We stayed in Enchanted Rivers Edge 6-3. The river views were beautiful, and we even had three deer come right up to the deck. What a treasure — we’ll definitely be back!”

Nice place for families right on the river. It's a short drive to the main drag with shops. It's a little outdated but the amenities are fantastic and the price is low. My family enjoyed the stay. Wish the pool was open but that wasnt Woodlands fault. Loved getting fire starter and loved the wood burning stove. Great touch.
We went to the Woodlands in June of 2024 and it was the perfect getaway for our family. This cozy retreat has plenty to do on site. We love that the river runs through the back of the property. We have a river view balcony and loved watching the wildlife. We also enjoyed the trout stocked private pond for fishing, the campfire s'mores, the heated outdoor pool and the playground for our kids. There are also benches all throughout the property, which was perfect just to sit and enjoy the outdoors and picturesque views all around you. The couple that runs the office and condos are very welcoming and always made sure we were enjoying our stay and that we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!
Our family has been coming to Woodlands on the River for nearly two decades, and we enjoy it every time we stay. Denise and Chuck are always so welcoming and helpful — they go out of their way to make sure the kids have a great experience. We love the peaceful setting right on the river, and the pool is always a hit. The kids especially enjoy feeding the deer and ducks, and fishing in the pond has become a family tradition. It’s a perfect spot for relaxing, reconnecting, and making memories. We look forward to coming back year after year!
This place was absolutely beautiful!!.. My family & I really enjoyed staying here & we will definitely be coming back. We stayed in Condo 3-1 & it was right on the river. The view was stunning. We got to witness the private pond being stocked which was pretty neat & the wild life that was right outside our back door was definitely a plus. The kids loved having easy access to the river, the private pond & the swimming which made our vacation so much better. This is my favorite spot so far in Red River & I highly recommend staying here.
